Evening of Thursday, May 21

Small group dinners for guests arriving on this day.

Friday, May 22 (Miller Lite Carb Day)

Miller Lite Carb Day featuring final practice day on track, annual Pit Stop Competition and concert.

9 am Buses depart from the Hilton (Guests are requested to be ready 30 minutes prior)
8-10 am Breakfast served in DRR Suite (Gasoline Alley #523 & #524)
9:45 am Drivers meet-and-greets in suite
11-1 pm Practice
11:30 am-1:30 pm Lunch served in suite
2 pm Wienie 500
2:30-3:30 pm Snack served in suite
2:30-4 pm Pit Stop Challenge
4:30 pm (approx.) Buses depart from track upon conclusion of the Pit Stop Challenge
6:30 pm Kingspan private cocktail hour at McCormick & Schmick’s in the Hilton, followed by dinner


*For those attending the 4 pm concert at the track, a bus will depart at 6:15 p.m

Saturday, May 23 (Legends Day)

Legends Day featuring Indy 500 racing legends, private garage tour and access to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. No race activity on the track on this day.

8 am Buses depart from the Hilton (Guests are requested to be ready 30 minutes prior)
9 am DRR Suite opens (Gasoline Alley #5623 & #524; only snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available on this day)
9:15-9:45 am DRR garage tours
10:05-10:15 am Drivers meet-and-greet in garages
10:30-11 am Public drivers meeting
11:30 am Entry to the IMS Museum
1 pm Buses depart from the track
5-7 pm DRR Indy 500 VIP Partner Reception @ JPS Events (Regions Tower, 211 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis)
7 pm Kingspan private reception at Astrea (InterContinental Hotel, 17 W Market St, 11th Floor, Indianapolis)

 

Sunday, May 24 (110th Running of the Indy 500)

The world’s biggest one-day sporting event.

6:30-8:30 am Breakfast served in DRR Suite (Gasoline Alley #523 & #524)
7 am Buses depart from the Hilton (Guests are requested to be ready 30 minutes prior)
9:45-10 am Drivers meet-and-greets in suite
11:30 am-1:30 pm Lunch served in suite
12:45 pm 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500
2:30-3:30 pm Snack served in suite
4 pm (approx.) Buses depart from track upon conclusion of the race
